Salary Range: $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Quote new lines of coverage for new and current clients.
Answer phone calls, assist clients with service, claims and billing related questions.
Process policy changes, review gaps in coverage, and suggest optional coverages
Consistently provide superior customer service by promptly and thoroughly responding to the client???s needs and requests.
Build effective relationships with clients as their first point of contact for any coverage, process questions, and other concerns.
Requirements
Must have Property & Casualty License or will be licensed within 90 days of employment. Failure to obtain licensure within 90 days of employment may result in termination of employment with Agency.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
